Armored patch cord is a special fiber optic patch cord, which adds a layer of tiny diameter spiral stainless steel sleeve to the outside of the fiber to enhance the compression resistance and maintain the same flexibility and superior optical performance as the standard fiber patch cord.

This design not only improves the tensile and compressive capacity of the fiber, but also has the characteristics of anti-rat bite and not easy to be damaged by stepping on.
